we have been taught the Golden Triangle Rule which says that after learning and understanding any subject, one needs to teach it to someone so that the Triangle and thereby the philosophical meaning and the Process becomes complete.  I have created the Customer Avatar in Five Easy Steps: Recognise  the need by: References  Lead Generation  Meetings  Customer Introduction  Online or offline meeting  Schedule time for the meeting the Decision Maker Qualifying customer based on demographic and psycho graphic basis Presentation  Here, I explain the product and service details of our Company  Objection Handling  Close the sale or Schedule the next meeting  Dig Deep :  understanding customer at a better level or deeper  Understand the important issues that the customer deals with and provide tailor-made solutions Close the Deal  Schedule the next appropriate meeting  Sure closing  At last,  I have been able to provide proper solution to the customer's problem or need and therefore the proposal is signed for submission.  Now let me illustrate a typical example  of an Average Customer Avatar   Age:  Everyone between few months of age and not having crossed the age of 74 can avail Health Insurance Products  (policies) and services. I provide Health Insurance to every person who has average normal health conditions. Like the person has to possess normal health without any pre-existing diseases like tuberculosis,  cancer, typhoid, or any such disease that makes the person ineligible for health insurance purpose which our company would not accept risk for.  Qualification:  In order to take Health Insurance,  it is not necessary for anyone to be well educated or graduated because literate as well as illiterate individuals need to pay hospitalization Bills. The person only needs to be in a properly understanding mental condition so that one knows how to take care of one's health.  As a Health insurance Advisor,  I explain the details regarding policy and hospitalization in customer language and insure. I can insure the Health of everyone in our country,  and when it comes to Personal Accident Policy, I can insure on Global basis as well.  We have Individual,  Floater(family members - father, mother, and uptown three kids uptown the age of 18),  Super surplus which is a Top Up policy on already pre existing Health policy from any other or from Star Health as well;  Senior Citizen Care Red Carpet Policy is especially designed and brought out for seniors between the age group of 60 and 74 yrs. Similarly we have specialised plans for Diabetic Patients- Diabetes Safe Cardiac Care plan for someone who has undergone Stent. But one important thing regarding the above mentioned special products that needs to be remembered is that the person requiring these products has to take before 65 years of age and lifelong renewals can be done. So, here we have our typical customer Avatar. - Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited
